Leslie Fisette
Leslie retired from her work in biotechnology research in 2007 and moved to Leverett from the eastern part of the state. Many years ago, she started studying Oriental Brush Painting as a creative exercise for the other side of her brain. She has studied with Susan Link, Ning Yeh, I-Hsiung Ju, Jing-hua Gao Dalia. and primarily with Ming-Chien Liang. She has practiced many styles finally realizing that although it is important to follow the rules and principals of brush painting, she can't help but generate her own style. She continues to practice her artwork although life in Pioneer Valley is full of distractions.
