Carole King
I was born with a crayon in my pocket, so said my mother, so the ease of drawing has always been with me. A few years ago, I came down with Lyme disease and have found myself rarely doing anything with my art. Recently my creative spirit has reemerged and I have begun to draw on small clay panels which are portable and need little focus. These have turned into a series of egg tempera landscape miniatures. I always believed that a work was not finished until it was framed. So I started another series of egg tempera paintings that resemble game boards, which I am using as frames.
